Technician will not be held liable for any loss of data that occurs as a result of any services rendered to customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the technician is aware of any data that should remain untouched and preserved, if any.
Technician will not be held liable for any problems that may present themselves to the customer once the technician has finished the job. The technician will confirm customer is satisfied with the results of work before accepting payment and leaving premises of customer. All services rendered by technician are as-is.
If a customer wishes it, the technician can offer recommendations on products to purchase, but it is ultimately up to the customer to purchase any products – hardware, software, or otherwise – that they would like installed. Once purchased, the technician will install any purchased products and charge for the time it takes to do so. Technician is not liable for any dissatisfaction the customer may experience as a result of following the product recommendations of the technician. No software will be installed by technician unless the customer has obtained the appropriate license for that software.
Payment shall be rendered by customer to technician upon completion of services.
